Preparation
Ninety percent of coating failures come from bad prep. We never acid wash and we never coat a dirty slab.
We mechanically profile the slab so the coating bonds into the concrete — not just onto it.
Cracks, pits, and control joints are filled with structural polymer and ground flush.
We test the slab for moisture and use a vapor barrier primer when the readings call for it.
