What's Covered
- Delamination or peeling caused by workmanship or prep
- Coating adhesion failure on properly prepared slabs
- Topcoat defects under normal residential use
- Workmanship on framing, tile, carpentry and finish work
What's Not Covered
- — Damage from impact, gouging, or dragging heavy equipment
- — New structural slab movement or settling cracks
- — Damage from harsh solvents or improper cleaning products
- — Neglect, abuse, or alterations by others
Making A Claim Is Simple
Call or text us with photos and your install date. We schedule an inspection, and if it's a workmanship issue, we come back and make it right. Coverage terms are printed on your signed proposal.
